Smaller family house is situated in a residential area in a quiet location in Lopar on the northern coast of the island of Rab. Lopar is one of the most beautiful places with the fmous sandy beach - "Rajska plaža" which is only 7 minutes fom the house away. Center is only about 5 min away as the ferry to the nearby island of Krk in place Valbiska. In the backyard is enough space for parking, and there is a barbecue on for all guests in the house.
In the uttermost south of paradise beach there is "aquagan", monumental edifice which, especially to the youngest tourist, offers endless enjoyment in sliding down the three water paths. Paradise beach proved to be an ideal location for beach-volley which is why lopar has sofar successfully hosted tournaments in championships of croatia, alpe-adria cup and others, with big plans reserved for the future of this attractive sport.
between hotel settlement and motor camp, there is an amusement and recreational center with numerous attractions such as tennis,ping pong, mini-golf, football, basketball, snooker, various video games, diving boards and other attractions, mostly for children.
it includes always attractive jet-ski, para-sailing, sailing on board, aquapark, rent-a-boat, beach canoes, pedal-boats and other equipment which turns bathing into a memorable experience. Nearby "lučica" offers mooring to approximately one hundred vessels ( skimmers and yachts ), lifting, landing and vessel washing services, as well as refreshement for tourists heading for or coming from the sea

Lopar is situated on the island of rab, which is a part of kvarner archipelago. It is 110 kilometers far from administrative centre rijeka, 190kilometers from zagreb and close to large european cities such as ljubljana (230 kilometers), vienna (550 kilometers ), munich (630 kilometers) and milan (580 kilometers ). It takes ten minutes to get to lopar by ferry-line jablanac - mišnjak.
Lopar has an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, in fact, there are 22 of them, of which 3 are nudist beaches (Ciganka, Sahara and Stolac). The largest and most famous is the Rajska plaža or 'Paradise Beach', which is 1.5Km / 0.9M long and has the most tourist facilities and which was awarded the 'Blue Flag' in 2003 - the international symbol of quality and preservation of the natural environment as well as safety for the bathers.
'Paradise beach' is especially interesting for older people, families with children and less proficient swimmers, but equally for young people keen on sport and amusement.
at the height of the season it can be difficult to find sunbathing places on this beach because together with the tourists from Lopar, more than 50% of visitors to the town of Rab also bathe here.
